The smoke meta is complete and utter garbage. Don't try to play ranked. Rank 5 and up, it's 3-4 Belfasts per team for the most part, because the only real counter to a Belfast is another Belfast. I find it extra sad because without the Belfast, T7 might actually be entertaining - amongst BBs and DDs, there's a lot of valid choice.

Why are always the cables from those headsets so weak, today all two I had, one in work, one in home, broke. Cables are broken inside.

This is exactly what a Tier X should feel like. Awesome battle. I survived with just 2080 hp left and I nearly killed the enemy CV, last of his team. First he has taunted me "wanna ram me? come here", then once he's been in range of my secondaries he hasn't been so cocky... unfortunately a cruiser from my team also started firing on it so he stole my 4th kill.

It's small, nimble, durable enough and packs a punch when well used... I'm liking the K+¦nig Tier V german battleship. It fulfills the rule that tier V BBs are fun; I recall enjoying the New York, the Kongo is full of fond memories (sinking 3 destroyers in a row with my mains...) and now the K+¦nig is quite enjoyable. In part it's because anything is more enjoyable than a tier IV BB, and part because Tier V is the point where ships sitll can pull their weight easily from a financial POV. At Tier VI earning enough money starts becoming increasingly difficult, at least for me...

On average I am a mediocre player, but that's not surprising; I'm a terrible PvPr no matter what I am playing. And yet I enjoy facing human opponents and the rare occasions where I totally pwn them.... right because they're so rare, I guess. Am I good at competing? Not. People compete at things where those who are good at competing actually compete. By definition those who aren't good at competing, can't influence what will be the competition grounds. Thus those who are good at things that aren't competable(?), really are meaningless to competition. Each of us thinks, sooner or later, that we could be winners of competition if the competition just moved to our grounds, were we are masters of the universe... but that's not how reality and people work.

The more I think about it, the more I feel asking what the F was I thinking when I joined EVE Online. The answer is obvious, I wasn't thinking anything, I just knew it was an overly complicated spaceships MMO. But knowing what a terrible EVE player I am, and the horrible amount of time, money, thought and emotions that has taken this lesson, I feel mildly embarrassed to even have tried. Of course I am good on my own grounds; but that's meaningless to the way people compete about EVE Online.

At least now I am playing something that doesn't makes me feel bad. World of Warships is, after all, just a game. And that's refreshing.

Well most of my deaths follow the same script, "focuses on attacking and is left behind and alone". Once I engage, I begin tracking reds and next thing I know is every blue is 10 kilometers away, running away like sissies, and I must either turn around and expose my broadside, or keep going forward and try to die as far and causing as much damage as possible.

Another day, another bunch of stupids playing WoWs... guess I'm beginning to burn out and a break is looming on the horizon. E:D Horizons 2.3 should go live on the 16th; I'm not misisng E:D at the moment but may give a shot to the Holo-Me to recreate Ishtanchuk at her new space home.
